THE HISTORY
Verdantpoint Development Corporation was incorporated in April 2005 amidst bleak economic conditions.Rather than faltering from their mission of providing quality and affordable shelter across all economic classes, the owners continued with t heir plan to set-up the company realizing the urgency of the tasks ahead. A number of highly skilled veterans in the real estate industry joined the company shortly after its incorporation. Selection of the team was carefully done on the basis of not only technical expertise but by their desire to serve and make the company's mission a reality. Less than a year from its incorporation, the company was able to successfully launch its pilot project, Centella Homes, a socialized housing project located in the robust town of Rodriguez, Rizal. The market had accepted the new project beyond the owner's expectation. Additional inventories were lined up to meet the market demand. To date, VDC continuous to find innovative ways in community development providing an opportunity for each and every Filipino to own a roof over their heads. Corpuz, the company's Assistant Vice President, possesses an unmatched process in product development and real estate selling. He is instrumental to the marketing and sales successes of a number of well known real estate companies in the Philippines. Engr. Juanito Anico, the company's Sr. Manager for Technical Services and Construction Managementis a veteran in the field of construction having acquired his over 15 years experience locally and overseas. Over 5,000 housing units was constructed and more than 100 hectares of raw land property was developed under his stewardship. THE TEAM Much of the company's successes are attributed to the quality of people making up the organization. They share the same zeal of the top management in carrying on the mission of VDC and positioning the company towards the achievement of its corporate vision. The following are the major groups making up the company's operation: A. Sales and Marketing Division - The Sales and Marketing Division is considered as the company's frontline operators. The employees making up the Division were carefully selected to ensure that the housing projects being developed are tailored-fit to the meet the market's demand and that only the best service is provided to the clients. B. Technical Services Division - The TSD is composed of highly skilled techincal personnel who holds relevant licenses in their field of expertise-Civil Engineering, Architecture and Geodetic Engineering. With the vast knowledge honed from their past work experiences, the clients are guaranteed that the products they are buying are of best design and quality and at a lower investment cost. C. Controllership Division – The Controllership Division is the company's operation backbone. Highly qualified personnel were selected to ensure the smooth operation flow from reservations to proper cash generation and management. Accuracy and timeliness are the Division's main concerns that is why an in-house developed, fully customized and integrated accounts management system called iT’s Real! (Information Technology Solution for REAL Estate Developers) was developed to aid the group in its daily processes. |
